Every kiosk has different devices and peripherals. Therefore each has different potential problems and error states.

St. Clair has developed central libraries for more than 45 device types and makes.

We monitor multiple status codes and share any exceptions:

  1. with the application so it can respond to unusual conditions
  2. with the Remote Management system so it can escalate action if needed
  3. with the self recovery routines right on the kiosk. If the unit can heal itself, there's no need for an expensive field service call!
